How to edit google calendars

You’ll find the answers to a lot of your questions here:
http://www.google.com/support/calendar/

Logging in to google calendar
1. To login go here and enter you user name and password https://www.google.com/accounts/

Adding an event to your calendar
There are great instructions here:
http://www.google.com/support

1. Right click your mouse on the day of the event.
2. a small pop up window will appear

3. Where is says 'what' – type in what the event is

4. If you have more than 1 calendar you must choose which calendar you want to add the event to

5. If you like you can add more details by clicking ‘edit event details’.

6. A new page should load where you can fill in the details of the event.

7. Each field is self explanatory. Don’t forget to set the privacy level ie if you want the event to be public or private. If it’s public, then anyone can see the event on the front end. If it’s private then only some logged in users can see the event on the front end.
8. It may be useful to enter in the email addresses of the people who will be attending the event.

9. Be sure to change the privacy option if you want the event to be publicly visible

10. When you have finished entering in all the details click ‘save’

When you have finished all the editing, log out and check the front end to see if the google calendar is the way you wanted it. If it is then you’re done. PS the reason you logout is because you want to check what the calendar looks like to a visitor to the site who would not be logged in. If you don’t want to keep logging in and logging out you can just open up internet explorer and use that as the logged in version and also open firefox and use that as the non- logged in version. You can download firefox here: http://www.mozilla.com/
