How to zip photos, so that they can be emailed:

1. Make sure all the photos are named properly ie name the files what they are a picture
of. For example, if the photo is of a holiday cottage, then name the image something like holiday_cottage_01.jpg
2. Find the folder that contains all the images. It's ok if the images are in subfolders within the main folder.

3. Right click the main folder with your mouse
4. On the window that appears, click on send > compressed (zipped) folder.

5. A new file will appear that is the zipped folder. This is the file that you email.
