We listened to our client

We met with the CEO of Sheriton Shoes so we could learn about the business, their goals and how a new website would support their business strategy.

The goal was to enhance the online presence of Sheriton Shoes, and increase sales by designing their first e-commerce website.

Our client had a website that:

  • Was not friendly to mobile devices
  • Did not utilise e-commerce
  • Was hosted on old technology

How we solved the problem

While we were building the website, we constantly kept the website visitor's experience in mind. We frequently asked ourselves – what would be the customer's experience of this website. Our main aim was to help the customer find the product they desired and make it easier for them to purchase it either online or at one of the stores.

From there we put together a 'road map' to take the business from their then current state, to where they wanted their business to be.

What we delivered

We successfully built and launch the first online store for Sheriton Shoes - on time and on budget. As a result of the global nature of the internet, loyal customers in Sydney were no longer the sole market for Sheriton Shoes.

The website that we built enabled Sheriton Shoes to expand their market to all of Australia and the entire world.
